Common questions

I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.

I'm not getting push notifications. Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Waggin' Wagon and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Then inside the app, check Account → Notifications to confirm the categories you want are enabled.

My dog's photo didn't save. Make sure the app has permission to access Photos in iOS Settings → Waggin' Wagon → Photos. Then try again from Account → your dog → tap the photo.

How do I cancel or reschedule? Go to Appointments, tap the booking, and use the Reschedule or Cancel links, or message us directly from the Messages tab.
